I’ve been involved in taxes for lengthier then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my working life-time!!) and from a legal stand since satisfying the bar and pursuing tax law. I’ve provided a lot of advice and righted a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you’ve posted makes utter sense. Please continue the good work – the more people know the better they’ll be outfitted to comprehend with the tax man, and that’s what it’s all about.

Restaurant Business is under-looked by many other job fields in today’s world. Truth is, it is a very time consuming, and strenuous job. It is very demanding, and requires a lot of positive energy. As a full time server and being so for 3 years now, I have confidently mastered the requirements to being a great server. You have to learn to accept the fact that, all customers coming into a Restaurant matter; and to look at them as a whole, profit… money in your pocket. You also have to realize that they don’t care what kind of night your having, or how tired you actually may be. In their mind, it’s your job.. so do it successfully and they will tip you, or not. However, restaurant employees go through a lot of stressful situations, both inside and outside of the kitchen, on the floor maintaining tables, time-management, multi-tasking.. and a lot of other requirements it takes to be a great server.

I cant agree with you more. And the worst part is i work nights but i like waching er and las vegas during the day,and you cant go ten minutes without seeing a commercial for that garbage. If it was good you wouldnt have to run an ad for it every 5 minutes.
